UK Statistics Authority

The UK Statistics Authority has published its first annual report and accounts and also six new assessment reports, covering UK energy sector indicators, statistics on international development, road casualty statistics, statistics on road freight, prison population projections and migration statistics. All six sets of statistics have been designated as National Statistics, subject to certain further steps being taken to ensure compliance with the code of practice for official statistics. All the reports are available from the Authority’s website. In response to user testing, the Authority has also made a number of changes to its online publication hub, mainly to provide clearer access to the statistics. |
