The media, PR and communication industry relies heavily on data and statistics to deliver news and support campaigns. But statistics are widely misunderstood and often misused. This results in bad reporting or misleading communication.

The Royal Statistical Society (RSS) and the Chartered Institute for Public Relations (CIPR) are hosting this training event to help PR and communication professionals to understand statistics and use them more effectively. It is relevant and useful for PR professionals in all sectors.

The event features some of the UK’s most respected and entertaining statisticians, with case studies and interactive work groups. The training will be followed by a drinks reception.
